The contracting authority is obliged to forward a timely and admissible appeal to the Appeals Review Office (KRŽ) or may, during the review of the appeal, invalidate the existing decision or decision, replace it with another decision or decision, or even cancel the public procurement procedure. Against the decision of the URŽ, the contracting authority and the participants in the procedure can initiate an administrative dispute before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
